Information you provide

When you send a product or project inquiry, we receive your name, company, email address, selected product interest and the message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information unrelated to your business inquiry. The current form does not accept attachments.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to review your requirements, reply to you, discuss product development and manufacturing opportunities, and maintain records of those discussions. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails. We also use limited technical information to protect the website against abuse and diagnose service failures.

Service providers and access

Our authorized staff handle inquiries through our business email and CRM systems. Our website infrastructure uses Cloudflare; transactional inquiry notifications use Resend; business email uses Tencent enterprise mail; and inquiry follow-up uses OKKI. These providers process information to support their respective services. Information may be processed in countries different from your location, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and the arrangements established with the relevant providers.

Market report requests

The report prompt uses session storage in this browser tab to remember accumulated visible browsing time and whether the prompt has been handled; these timing and prompt-state values are not sent to us.

When you request a market report, we store your email address, optional company name, the report version and request source to fulfil and manage your request. Your download is provided after the request is saved.

Report requests, optional product interests and project discussion requests are separate records. Sharing interests does not request sales contact. Submitting a separate project discussion request asks us to contact you about that project. None of these actions subscribes you to marketing updates; marketing subscriptions are currently unavailable.

The report service uses Cloudflare D1 for request records, private Cloudflare R2 file storage and Resend for transactional report copies. Authorized metapure staff can access these records to manage requests. Report records are not automatically sent to OKKI. A necessary, HttpOnly download-access cookie expires after 24 hours; the report file contains no personal download identifier or tracking pixel.

We review report request records and remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed to deliver and manage the requested report, address service failures, or handle a separately requested project discussion. Any ongoing project correspondence follows the inquiry retention policy below. You may use the contact address in this notice to request access, correction or deletion.

Retention

Ordinary inquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymization 24 months after the last substantive correspondence. Information needed for an active project, contractual relationship or applicable legal obligation is retained for the corresponding purpose and period.

Your choices

You may contact inquiries@metapurecorp.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We will assess and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need enough information to verify a request before disclosing or changing records.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently has no advertising pixels, marketing subscriptions or optional analytics integration. Its infrastructure may use technical mechanisms needed for delivery and security. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and implement the choices required for their use.
