From Production Readinessto Reliable Scale

Metapure integrated manufacturing system with a controlled GMP workshop, in-house refrigeration production, and assembly lines.

Integrated Manufacturing at Scale

Across a 15,000 m² industrial site with 10,000 m² of floor space, Metapure operates six production lines and a dedicated GMP workshop. This integrated manufacturing base brings assembly, filter production, and in-house refrigeration together to support consistent execution as validated products move into stable, repeatable production.

Assembly Production

Production teams assembling countertop water purification appliances across coordinated workstations.
Automated part-handling equipment beside injection molding machinery.
Rows of injection molding equipment supporting automated workshop operations.
Operator completing standardized assembly work on water purification components.

Three assembly production lines support the coordinated manufacture of countertop water purification and drinking appliances. Standardized work stages, production monitoring, functional testing, and quality inspection help maintain consistency throughout the build process. Across the wider production workshop, 50% automation combines equipment-assisted process control with the experience of skilled production teams.

In-House Refrigeration

Refrigeration assemblies and vacuum stations extending along the in-house production line.
Rows of refrigeration assemblies connected to water tubing and electrical controls during aging tests.
Operator using a refrigerant charging tool on an exposed chilled-water assembly.
Operator checking refrigeration pipe connections with a handheld leak detector.

Metapure operates a dedicated in-house refrigeration production line for appliances with chilled-water functions. The line is supported by internally developed electronic control expertise for heating and cooling, allowing refrigeration assembly, control integration, and performance verification to be coordinated within the same engineering and manufacturing system.

Dedicated GMP Workshop

Masked production inspector documenting an equipment check in the workshop.
Two masked production workers inspecting assembled components under a workbench canopy.
Masked production team working across a controlled assembly workshop.
Masked production worker handling components at a dedicated workstation.

A dedicated GMP workshop provides a controlled environment for production processes requiring more rigorous hygiene, material handling, and operating discipline. It adds a specialized manufacturing layer to the broader production system, supporting consistent process control and quality inspection across relevant components and assemblies.
